Summer is the perfect time to put aside the stilettos (for a while, anyway) and swap them out for flat sandals—but make things a little interesting by buying a pair that are metallic, adorned with details, or crafted in an unexpected silhouette. 

Rule #3: Make it look effortless.
You’ve heard it once, you’ve heard it a thousand times, but when it comes to dressing, confidence is key. Whether an evening gown or a pair of trousers, if you’re going to wear it, you need to own it.
