Spring 2014 Collection by MATÉRIEL Fashion House

Materiel is a fashion house which unites Georgian designers. Company owners are more oriented on young designers, who are more talented, creative, free and risky. With well-known designers George Keburia and Lika Chitaia, fashion house has two new trend-style setter: Aleksandre Akhalkatsishvili and Tiko Paksashvili.

George Keburia Spring 2014
Mix of a very strong and feminine shapes, minimalism with interesting patterns, fabrics with metal effects, colors and high-waisted flare skirts make collection very trendy and commercial at the same time.

Aleksandre Akhalkatsishvili Spring 2014

Aleksandre Akhalkatsishvili's collection is for a very elegant,classy and modern woman. Really cool mix of such materials like leather and chiffon. Designer seems to be risky with using different fabrics together. 

Loved the long-sleeved gloves and shoes too. The only thing i wish is more colors. 

Tiko Paksashvili Spring 2014

Tiko Paksashvili is a winner of Benext 2013, which is young designers contest. For me, collection is perfect when it is : Creative, Commercial and Trendy. Tiko's collection for Material is really creative, with interesting patterns, but i wish her to be more risky and oriented on commercial and trendy parts too.

Lika Chitaia Spring 2014

Very talented designer, who thinks and emphasizes conception of the collection. She always talks with her clothing and tries to make you a part of a story, which is really necessary for designers. Loved this collection with its patterns, shapes, fabrics,style but more colors please, it's spring outside!
