Atelier Kikala Fall 2013/14

Lado Bokuchava is a creative director of new Georgian based brand Atelier Kikala. His debut was really successful on Tbilisi Fashion Week. Brand's fall 2013/14 collection was very trendy, creative and commercial. Handmade cutouts of leather really inspired me. Loved the styling also including make-up and hairstyle. I want emphasize that it was the only brand who presented proper shoes with a good quality. Green printed shirts are really to die for.

Materiel Fall 2013/14

Atelier Materiel is a Georgian Fashion house where to talented designers George Keburia and Likuna Chitaia are creating collections. Their style are pretty different from each other. Likuna's collection was very trendy, more commercial. Loved headscarves that i used in my editorial for BEAUMONDE MAGAZINE (Click here). George's collection was a mix of classy and modern styles. Both are very talented and want to wish them success.

Ria Keburia Fall 2013/14 TFW DAY1

Crazy talented young Georgian designer Ria keburia presented really innovative and interesting collection during Tbilisi fashion week. Main color of collection was black with some yellow prints and cutouts.Yellow headpieces were also spectacular that really inspired me. Footwear was really uncasual and intersting for me. Finally i loved the collection, because it was really different and innovative for me.

Marc Bouwer During TFW Fall 2013/14 Day1

Marc Bouwer is a fashion designer who was raised in South Africa and now works in New York City.Upon winning the South African Vogue Young Designers Award, Marc Bouwer moved to New York City to further pursue his dream of dressing Hollywood. Shortly after, Bouwer's portfolio raised the eyebrows of designer, Roy Halston Frowick. Bouwer apprenticed with Halston fine tuning his design skills, particularly draping. Bouwer's "cut" and modern use of stretch fabrics, such as jersey and spandex, in evening wear coined the term "bathing suit gown" and gave way to "athletic glamour" .Marc Bouwer Couture celebrates starlets as well as their iconic figures walking the red carpet on clients such as Zhang Ziyi, Beyoncé, Emily Blunt, and Lydia Hearst. Actress Angelina Jolie arrived at the 2004 Academy Awards in a white satin Marc Bouwer gown, later named one of the best Oscar dresses of all time by André Leon Talley.

During Tbilisi Fashion Week Fall 2013/14 he is a guest of honour. First day of fashion week was opened with his glamurous exhibition. Im really happy that the person like Marc, who is really important in world fashion industry is attending Georgian fashion designers shows and can express his ideas, remarks and advices, which is really important for them to grow as a professionals.

თბილისის მოდის კვირეული 23–26 აპრილს გაიმართება

„აჭარაბეთი“ წარმოგიდგენთ რიგით მე–8  თბილისის მოდის კვირეულს, რომელიც კომპანია ჯეოფეშენის ორგანიზებით 23 – 26 აპრილს, მეიდან ჯგუფის საღონისძიებო სივრცე თბილელის მუზეუმ ქარვასლაში გაიმართება. მოდის კვირეულის მთავარი ლოკაცია შეფუთული იქნება გენერალური სპონსორის ყავა „კარტ ნუარის“ კრეატივით და მასში განთავსებული იქნება როგორც ჩვენებების პოდიუმი, ასევე დიზაინერების კოლექციების შოუ რუმი და აქსესუარების ქართველი დიზაინერების ახალი ნამუშევრების გამოფენა.

Valentino Fall 2013 RTW

Loved the collection a lot with a very feminine silhouettes.   White very classy collar seems to be pretty cool on some dresses. Loved the floral prints also with a refined dresses. I think its really boring to see florals for so many seasons but this brand always can present it amazingly. Valentino always can suprise me with its fabulous combination of materials, styles and shapes. You never get bored by looking each look of the collection and have a feeling, that some fabulous outfits are still left to see.

It seems that tartan, strippes and oversized shapes is just like must-have trends for fall 2013. Loved Stella McCartney Fall 2013 collection as much as Celine.  Tartan print is mostly the same one.

Phoebe Philo made very feminine collection and at the same time full of modern elements. Love so much her oversized shapes and mixture of different fabrics. Minimalism is the very key of her all collections. Tartan seems to be very trendy for fall 2013 due to Céline Fall 2013 Prêt-à-Porter collection.

Balenciaga Fall 2013 was Alexander Wang's Debut collection. This collection made my day! Each look was so amazing and fabulous, i have no words!!! Congratulations! That was one of the show that i was waiting during Paris Fashion since Wang became creative director of Balenciaga. Due to fashion critics, for example Cathy Horyn, who hasn't always been a big Wang fan, was surprisingly enthusiastic about the show said: Alexander Wang steps up to Balenciaga with a solid debut that plays on classic shapes in a modern, minimizing way. Great textures too.
