TFW Fall 2014 Day 1

Tbilisi Fashion Week Fall 2014 was opened with Atelier Kikala fashion show. It is the only third season for the brand which is already very successful. Creative director Lado Bokuchava is more focused on minimalism and interesting shapes. What i like the most is that, designer emphasizes his style, view which is really important for the brand to be memorable. What i love with this brand is that at the same time, collection is very different from the previous ones, with interesting and unpredictable details, patterns, silhouettes. As a young designer, Lado is very risky and creative. The most precious thing with this brand is that, almost all the pieces are handmade, shoes are hand-painted and so on. How about the fabrics and colors? Oh, J'adore the pink pieces.

თბილისის მოდის კვირეული დაბრუნდა ზუსტად ერთწლიანი შესვენების შემდეგ, თბილისის მოდის კვირეული დაბრუნდა და 6-დან 10 მაისის ჩაითვლით გაიმართება. საქართველოს ყველაზე მოდურ ღონისძიებას ამჯერად ვარდების ბაღი უმასპინძლებს, სადაც საგულდაგულოდ კვირეულისათვის მოწყობილ სივრცეში, ჩვენებებთან ერთად სხვა ღონისძიებებიც გაიმართება.

Anouki Fall Winter 2014/15

Anouki Fall Winter 2014/15 collection was a debut in Tbilisi. I am really proud to have such Georgian designers. If not Tbilisi, i would have a feeling like i was attending Paris Fashion Week. Brand Anouki presented very feminine collection. Later 60's style, with very elegant and classy silhouette, dark colors colorized with fur and beads. Interesting materials and technique of presenting it in different ways. Mix of feminine and masculine shapes. Collection was really creative, trendy with green color, beads, fur, shapes and commercial with accessories, like over-knee boots with cut-outs, beaded details and interesting design of boots with fur.

Congratulations Anouki, it was a really privilege to have a such debut, like it's a brand with a big history, not as a beginner.

Spring 2014 Collection by MATÉRIEL Fashion House

Materiel is a fashion house which unites Georgian designers. Company owners are more oriented on young designers, who are more talented, creative, free and risky. With well-known designers George Keburia and Lika Chitaia, fashion house has two new trend-style setter: Aleksandre Akhalkatsishvili and Tiko Paksashvili.
